If you prioritize portability and versatility for exercise, and if having earbuds that are sweatproof and dustproof is important, the Jabra Elite 4 may be more suitable. They have good noise isolation, are suitable for calls and meetings, and have a secure fit for active use. However, if your focus is on having extended battery life and enjoying a richer sound quality for music, TV, and gaming, the Sennheiser HD 250BT headphones offer very good audio and comfort for home use, plus the benefit of virtual surround sound, though they aren't as portable or exercise-friendly. The Sennheisers also support a low-latency codec, which is better for gaming and watching videos. On the downside, neither the Jabra nor the Sennheiser offer wireless charging, and both have integrated mics, which may not provide the most optimal microphone placement as opposed to boom mics. "The Jabra Elite 4 is a good midrange option with solid isolation and aptX codec for Android. It sounds consumer friendly from the box and the app has some EQ to adjust to taste. Some included luxuries include multipoint, sidetone, and Spotify Tap"
"As a lightweight, robust audio provider with a long battery life, the Sennheiser HD 250BT offer a lot for their price: very good Bluetooth codecs, an app connection and an extremely understated design. These headphones may not be among the most comfortable, but they deliver adequate sound – without overdriving or distortion."
