The HifiMan Edition XS offers excellent overall sound quality and a superior soundstage, making them ideal for an immersive experience in music and TV/video. They require a wired connection, are bulky, and not geared for exercise or travel. The KZ ZSN Pro, on the other hand, is more portable, has a microphone for calls, and a closed design providing better noise isolation. They are more versatile, better suited for use during exercise, and significantly cheaper. However, their sound quality and soundstage are not as high as the HifiMan Edition XS. Neither option supports wireless connectivity or active noise cancelling. If budget is a constraint and you need more versatility including the ability to make calls, go for the KZ ZSN Pro; if supreme sound for home listening is the priority and budget is less of an issue, the HifiMan Edition XS would be the better choice. "The Edition XS easily compete with headphones in their price range with a very high price-to-performance ratio. The XS are an amazing value and offer performance not far off from headphones more than twice their cost. These will be a mind-blowing revelation for enthusiasts and music lovers who have only heard standard big-brand mainstream headphones."
"Undoubtedly the focus and the star of the show, the ZSN Pro’s bass is big, bold and bangin’. The amount of gusto in the low end should satisfy anyone who likes a large lick of bass and even certified bassheads will probably get a kick out of this."
