When choosing between the Grado GT220 and the Turtle Beach Recon 70, consider that the Grado GT220 earbuds offer a premium sound quality with the convenience of wireless connectivity, suitable for music listening and calls. They're preferable if you're looking for portability and a stemless design for use during exercise. In contrast, the Turtle Beach Recon 70 headphones, while more affordable, provide a boom microphone known for better quality, which is ideal for gaming and meetings. They are wired, over-ear headphones that could be more comfortable for long sessions but less portable and not suitable for exercise. Give Feedback

Sound Guys

Sam Moore | September 2022
"There aren’t many considerations to make here. The Turtle Beach Recon 70 sounds decent, offers solid chat audio, feels good to wear over long periods, and it works everywhere. If you’re in the market for a simple plug-and-play option, you could do a whole lot worse (and spend a whole lot more money). Regardless, if getting something cheap that works well is the only thing you care about, this is a great option."
