If you prioritize sound quality and noise isolation for music and book/podcasts, the Etymotic ER2SE would be excellent, but they're not ideal for exercise, have a poor microphone, and don't support wireless connectivity. Conversely, the JBL Live 670NC offers good comfort, wireless connectivity, active noise cancelling, and is better for calls, meetings, and air travel, yet have poorer overall sound quality and are not suited for gaming or TV due to latency. If having an app with equalizer and customization or the convenience of ear/head detection is important, the JBL is the better choice. Give Feedback

"Etymotic isn’t playing around: it takes audio seriously and has mastered the art of the noise-isolation earphone. Sure, the fit of the earbuds looks silly but it’s a signature Etymotic thing and could be considered charming by some. If you’re looking for best-in-class audio for a realistic price, the ER2SE is it."
