If you prioritize noise cancellation and comfort during long listening sessions or air travel, Bose QuietComfort Earbuds II might be better for you as they offer excellent noise isolation and very good comfort. However, they have a shorter battery life and are less suitable for calls and gaming. On the other hand, JBL Live Buds 3 provide longer overall battery life and include a Smart Charging Case with a touch display for convenient controls, and support for the LDAC codec which could be advantageous for higher quality audio if you have compatible devices. Both options are sweatproof and have dedicated app support for customization, but the JBL's are unfortunately not the best choice if you frequently take calls or engage in gaming. It was founded in 1946 by James Bullough Lansing (whose initials give the company its name) and has become one of the most prolific audio companies ever.
