If you prioritize top-notch noise isolation and a premium listening experience for music and books or podcasts, the Bose Quiet Comfort Earbuds are suitable, especially for air travel; however, they are less portable and offer less exercise suitability compared to Jlab Go Air Sport. In contrast, the Jlab Go Air Sport provides very good comfort for exercise at a budget-friendly price but compromises on overall sound quality and noise isolation. Neither are ideal for gaming due to latency, and if calls are important, the Jlab has a better mic quality, but Bose performs fairly well too. Give Feedback

How the Bose Quiet Comfort Earbuds and the Jlab Go Air Sport compare to other earbuds and headphones
"The Bose QuietComfort Earbuds is a great do-it-all option for anyone, so long as you can afford it. This is a great alternative to the Apple AirPods Pro and Sony WF-1000XM4. You can choose the degree of noise canceling, and enjoy premium features like automatic ear-detection. These earbuds merit an IPX4 rating, making them a fine workout companion."
"If you want seriously bass-forward earphones for the gym, you'll be hard-pressed to find a pair more affordable than the JLab Go Air Sport. We like their long battery life and solid water-resistance rating, though we aren’t fans of their finicky on-ear controls and the case’s hardwired charging cable."
