The Bang & Olufsen Beoplay H95 are premium over-ear headphones known for excellent noise cancellation, comfort, and sound quality; ideal for calls, meetings, and air travel. They support lossless codecs, have decent battery life, and are good for TV and gaming due to their low latency. On the other hand, JBL Live Pro 2 earbuds are much less expensive, offer great workout suitability due to their sweatproof certification, and have a longer battery life. They also support wireless charging, which the B&O don't. However, the JBL's have lower scores in sound quality, call and meeting performance, and are not suited for lossless audio. Give Feedback

What HiFi?

What HiFi? | February 2023
"The JBL Live Pro 2 TWS occupy an interesting space in the wireless earbuds market. They’re a step up from cheap wireless earbuds and allow you to access better sound quality without having to make the jump to more premium options from the likes of Bose, Sony and Sennheiser. They’re an entertaining listen, easy to use and manage to pack in a lot of useful features. We think they’re well worth a listen."

About Bang and Olufsen

Bang and Olufsen is an almost century-old electronic goods manufacturer based in Denmark with a very special focus on design. Peter Bang and Svend Olufsen created the first AC radio in 1925 and went on to develop televisions, telephones and, of course, headphones and loudspeakers. Today, they are partnered with several companies, like Audi, BMW and Aston Martin, to provide very high-quality audio solutions.

About JBL

JBL is an American audio equipment manufacturer. Owned by Harman International which is, itself, owned by Samsung Electronics. JBL markets a wide array of monitoring speakers, professional headphones and consumer market headphones and earbuds. It was founded in 1946 by James Bullough Lansing (whose initials give the company its name) and has become one of the most prolific audio companies ever. Their products were responsible for audio during the 1969 Woodstock Festival.
