If you prefer wireless convenience for calls and music with good noise isolation and low latency suitable for gaming and TV, the Audio Technica ATH-TWX7 would serve you well, including during exercise or air travel, thanks to its sweatproof certification and active noise cancelling. They also have customizable app controls and better overall sound quality. However, they are pricier. On the other hand, if you're on a budget and need a wired solution with a quality boom mic primarily for gaming, the Steelseries TUSQ would be a cost-effective choice with adequate sound for their price, though they lack wireless features and active noise cancellation. Engadget

Billy Steele | January 2024
"There’s plenty to like about the ATH-TWX7. A robust set of features brings a lot of convenience to your day. But a few of those tools could still use some fine-tuning and the lack of automatic pausing in 2024 is a head scratcher. Still, the audio is mostly good, and transparency mode is better than most. Add in the solid call quality and the in-app voice test and the ATH-TWX7 are a worthy consideration, especially at this price. Too bad it falls short of being a more complete package some of the competition offers for a slightly larger investment."

Can Buy or Not

Aloysius Low | March 2021
"The SteelSeries Arctis Tusq is a great headset for those on a more modest budget. You can use it for gaming or music, and I daresay it's also great for Zoom meetings when you don't want to be wearing on-ear or over-ear headphones."
