If you're looking for high-quality calls and meetings, along with a strong performance in music, TV, and gaming, the Audio Technica ATH-TWX7 would be a suitable pick due to its excellent ratings in these areas. These earbuds also support LDAC for high-quality audio streaming, active noise canceling for more immersive listening, and they're sweatproof, which adds to their versatility. However, the Jlab Go Air Sport, while more affordable, excels in use during exercise due to its earhooks and is sweatproof and dustproof certified, making it robust for outdoor and fitness activities, albeit with lower sound quality across various content types. If budget is a significant concern and your usage primarily revolves around workouts, the Jlab Go Air Sport could suffice, but for a more versatile and higher-quality audio experience across different scenarios, the Audio Technica ATH-TWX7 is the better choice despite the higher cost. "There’s plenty to like about the ATH-TWX7. A robust set of features brings a lot of convenience to your day. But a few of those tools could still use some fine-tuning and the lack of automatic pausing in 2024 is a head scratcher. Still, the audio is mostly good, and transparency mode is better than most. Add in the solid call quality and the in-app voice test and the ATH-TWX7 are a worthy consideration, especially at this price. Too bad it falls short of being a more complete package some of the competition offers for a slightly larger investment."
"If you want seriously bass-forward earphones for the gym, you'll be hard-pressed to find a pair more affordable than the JLab Go Air Sport. We like their long battery life and solid water-resistance rating, though we aren’t fans of their finicky on-ear controls and the case’s hardwired charging cable."
