If you often partake in calls and meetings or need an earbud for gaming, the Audio Technica ATH-TWX7 provides excellent mic quality and very good performance for these activities, with features like a Low Latency Mode and LDAC codec for lossless audio quality. However, JBL Live Pro 2, while less expensive, offers longer battery life and includes wireless charging for convenience. The JBLs are better suited for exercise and have superior noise isolation, but their performance for music, calls, gaming, and video isn't as strong as the Audio Technica's. Choose the Audio Technica for premium usability in professional and gaming scenarios, or the JBL if affordability, longer playtime, and better portability are your priorities. Give Feedback

"There’s plenty to like about the ATH-TWX7. A robust set of features brings a lot of convenience to your day. But a few of those tools could still use some fine-tuning and the lack of automatic pausing in 2024 is a head scratcher. Still, the audio is mostly good, and transparency mode is better than most. Add in the solid call quality and the in-app voice test and the ATH-TWX7 are a worthy consideration, especially at this price. Too bad it falls short of being a more complete package some of the competition offers for a slightly larger investment."
"The JBL Live Pro 2 TWS occupy an interesting space in the wireless earbuds market. They’re a step up from cheap wireless earbuds and allow you to access better sound quality without having to make the jump to more premium options from the likes of Bose, Sony and Sennheiser. They’re an entertaining listen, easy to use and manage to pack in a lot of useful features. We think they’re well worth a listen."
