If you prioritize call quality and the convenience of using a wired connection, Apple Earpods would be suitable as they offer very good mic quality and are often less expensive. They do not isolate noise well, making them less ideal for noisy environments. However, if you prefer wireless earbuds with good noise isolation and features geared towards exercise, like being sweatproof and having ear hooks for a secure fit, the Jlab Go Air Sport could be the better choice despite being somewhat more expensive. Keep in mind that the Jlab earbuds have poorer overall sound quality compared to Apple Earpods. Give Feedback

How the Apple Earpods and the Jlab Go Air Sport compare to other earbuds and headphones
"Apple’s wired buds sound just fine for the price, and their handy inline controls and clear microphone give them an edge on wireless earbuds that are much more expensive. Plus, you never have to worry about running out of battery — or worse, a stray earbud going missing."
"If you want seriously bass-forward earphones for the gym, you'll be hard-pressed to find a pair more affordable than the JLab Go Air Sport. We like their long battery life and solid water-resistance rating, though we aren’t fans of their finicky on-ear controls and the case’s hardwired charging cable."
