If you're seeking the best sound quality for music and you mostly listen at home or in a quiet environment, the AKG K712 Pro is excellent, especially with its impressive soundstage, but keep in mind you'll need a dedicated amplifier for the best experience and they are not suitable for exercise or travel due to their size and open design. On the other hand, the Beats Fit Pro is more versatile for everyday use, offers very good sound quality with the convenience of being wireless, and they include features such as active noise cancelling and sweatproof certification, making them suitable for exercise and commuting, although they may fall short in sound quality for critical listening compared to the AKG. Choose the Beats Fit Pro if you want portability, use with Apple devices, and an all-around earbud, or go for the AKG if you prioritize top-tier sound quality for stationary listening environments. Headfonics

Michael | October 2013
"AKG has created a mini-masterpiece in my opinion. I enjoy this headphone a great deal and it will become my go-to reference headphone for the time being. She is slick, sexy, well-balanced, and crazy comfortable."

SoundGuys

Lili Katz | January 2024
"The Beats Fit Pro is just as easy to use with an Android device as it is with an iPhone. It seems Apple-owned Beats is trying to appeal to a wider market, and it works. The Fit Pro fits like a pro with the ear tip fit test and multiple ear tips. Sound quality is sure to please most athletes, but the Fit Pro is just at home in the office as it is in the gym. The main factor holding the Beats Fit Pro back from gold is the price."
