If you prioritize sound quality for music and are okay with using cables, the 7hz Timeless would be a better choice; however, it lacks a microphone and is not suited for exercise, with a poorer comfort rating for calls and meetings. On the other hand, if you want wireless convenience, better portability, and features tailored for calls, gaming, and TV, the JBL Tune Flex is a more versatile and cost-effective option. The JBL Tune Flex is also suitable for exercise, thanks to its sweatproof certification, and has a low latency mode which is preferable for video content and gaming. Give Feedback

"7Hz picked a bold name for the Timeless and frankly, got very close to justifying their word choice. Most importantly, the Timeless are good to go in stock form, so you don’t have to worry about source-matching and such. I can recommend the 7Hz Timeless to those who do not mind a dash of brightness up top, want a taste of planar in IEM form, and want one of the most resolving pair of earphones in the $150 - $300 price range."
"JBL is offering a similar design and arguably better resolution than the more expensive AirPods 3rd Generation. Add to that a comfortable and versatile fit, an equalizer and pretty decent ANC, and you’ve got a quality wireless earphone. I would have loved longer battery life and more crystal calls, but for the price, you can’t complain. A solid deal overall."
