The MSI Stealth GS77 has a better screen than the MSI Thin GF63 for general use, gaming and AI, engineering and design, software development, and content creation.
The MSI Stealth GS77 boasts a high-resolution display and vibrant colors, ensuring crisp and clear visuals for spreadsheets and web browsing, as well as accurate color representation for tasks such as photo editing or CAD work, but its lower refresh rate hampers the smoothness required for high-speed gaming. On the other hand, the MSI Thin GF63's moderate resolution and brightness provide acceptable clarity and visibility for day-to-day tasks and some entry-level design work, yet might not display the full spectrum of colors needed by professionals. For 3D and gaming, the GF63's poor screen quality is primarily due to its low refresh rate, impacting fluid gameplay and animation rendering.

"The MSI Stealth GS77 is better than the GS76... mostly. The GS77 is a few steps forward and a few steps back from the GS76. Improvements are numerous including the stronger and more rigid skeleton, higher resolution webcam, larger clickpad, easier serviceability, relatively similar battery runtimes, newer display options, and higher performance at about the same TDP and TGP levels as before. CPU performance is better than expected even when compared to other laptops with Core i7 or Core i9 processors. The newer model feels more substantial than the outgoing one for higher quality impressions as well."
"The MSI GF63 Thin 11SC can be an admirable value for gamers and power users on a minimal budget. For just $599 as reviewed in its base model, its Intel Core i5 H-class processor and Nvidia GeForce GTX 1650 graphics perform much better than low-wattage CPUs and integrated graphics. That said, this is a light-class gaming laptop. Low scores in our demanding gaming benchmarks indicate using lower visual-quality settings will be required for playable performance."
