The HP Envy x360 15" is a lower midrange 2-in-1 convertible laptop, great for those who value versatility as it functions both as a laptop and a tablet. It features modest storage and a decent amount of RAM with an AMD Ryzen 5 processor and an integrated Vega 7 GPU, which is fine for general use but may not be suitable for heavy 3D tasks or intensive engineering software. The battery capacity is reasonable, and the 15.6" IPS touchscreen display offers good color coverage, with a 1080p resolution suitable for daily tasks and media consumption. It has a good selection of ports, including USB-C, and it is relatively portable at a weight of just over 4 pounds. The build and keyboard are of good quality, and it also comes with a backlit keyboard and a fingerprint reader for added security. While it's not designed for intensive gaming, the HP Envy x360 15" should handle everyday tasks well and offers a flexible form factor for those on the go. Give Feedback

CNET

Matt Elliott | January 2023
"Despite its good looks, stellar webcam and comfortable keyboard, the Envy x360 15 is hard to recommend because of its dim, 16:9 display. If the display isn't an issue for you, just be sure to wait for a good sale price. Otherwise, a more modern two-in-one with a 16:10 display such as the Dell Inspiron 16 2-in-1 or Lenovo Yoga 7i 16 provides a larger workspace without adding much to the size and weight of the system."
