The MSI Thin GF63 has a better screen than the HP 15" Laptop for general use, gaming and AI, engineering and design, content creation, and software development.
For general use, both the HP 15" Laptop and the MSI Thin GF63 have screens that deliver adequate resolution and acceptable brightness, but they may lack the superior panel technology that enhances viewing angles and color reproduction. When it comes to engineering and design work, these laptops offer fair color accuracy, but professionals who require precise color matching might find them lacking in coverage of professional color gamuts like DCI-P3 and Adobe RGB. Meanwhile, for 3D applications and gaming, while the resolution and panel type are satisfactory, the lower refresh rates on these models could hinder the smooth visual experience desired in fast-paced scenarios.

How the HP 15" Laptop and the MSI Thin GF63 compare to other laptops
"Chances are high that the HP 15 is one of the first laptops to pop up when you search for an inexpensive notebook. Indeed, its price tag is very tempting for many, and of course, this is the reason for its popularity. However, the HP 15" suffers from poor performance due to low power consumption. On the bright side, one of the good things about it is the port selection. On the inside, this includes two SODIMM slots for memory, an M.2 PCIe x4 slot for storage, and a SATA drive bay. However, the TN panel, and mediocre input devices are not ideal."
"The MSI GF63 Thin 11SC can be an admirable value for gamers and power users on a minimal budget. For just $599 as reviewed in its base model, its Intel Core i5 H-class processor and Nvidia GeForce GTX 1650 graphics perform much better than low-wattage CPUs and integrated graphics. That said, this is a light-class gaming laptop. Low scores in our demanding gaming benchmarks indicate using lower visual-quality settings will be required for playable performance."
