The Gigabyte Aorus 15X is a good fit if performance for intensive tasks like 3D work, machine learning, or gaming is a priority, due to its more powerful processor and GPU, but it is heavier and has a shorter battery life. The Samsung Galaxy Book2 360, on the other hand, offers better portability and a touchscreen, making it suitable for general use and those who value flexibility and longer battery life, though it has less storage and is less capable in performance-intensive tasks. For general use, a laptop with a high-resolution display and bright colors, like the Samsung Galaxy Book2 360, is ideal for reading, web browsing, and video streaming. In engineering and design, accurate color representation matters, and the Samsung's coverage of color gamuts ensures precise visuals, which is critical for professional work that demands color fidelity. However, for gaming and 3D applications, a high refresh rate is key for smooth motion, and both the Gigabyte Aorus 15X and the Samsung Galaxy Book2 360 fall short, which could hinder the gaming experience where fast-paced action is common.

How the Gigabyte Aorus 15X and the Samsung Galaxy Book2 360 compare to other laptops
"The Gigabyte Aorus 15X is a strong showing of Raptor Lake and RTX 4000 series. While the Aorus had trouble keeping up in older games like Grand Theft Auto V, it nudged past the competition in Shadow of the Tomb Raider. It also flexed its next-generation muscle in Far Cry 6 and Borderlands 3. While we were impressed with the overall build quality and design of the Aorus 15X, the keyboard lacked good tactile feedback. The display performed well in real-world testing despite its on-paper shortcoming with brightness, but the speakers are lackluster at best."
"Samsung gets all the basics right with the Book2 360. Its convertible design works well in both laptop and tablet modes, yet still manages to be highly portable, with impressive battery life and eye-catching AMOLED display. The Samsung Galaxy Book2 360 measures just 12.9mm thick and weighs 1.16kg, making it one of the most affordable ultra-portables currently available. It’s sturdily built too, so it can cope with life on the road."
