The Gigabyte Aorus 15X is more expensive and delivers high performance for 3D rendering, machine learning, and other engineering tasks with its advanced processor and graphics card, making it a good fit if you need a laptop for intensive gaming as well. However, it's heavier and has a shorter battery life, reducing its portability. The Lenovo ThinkPad Z13, on the other hand, is less expensive, lighter, and offers a longer battery life, along with a touchscreen, which makes it ideal for general use and portability. It also has a premium business design, but it won't match the Aorus 15X in raw performance for demanding applications. Give Feedback

The Gigabyte Aorus 15X is very good for gaming and AI, while the Lenovo ThinkPad Z13 is only fair.
The Gigabyte Aorus 15X outperforms the Lenovo ThinkPad Z13 in gaming and 3D due to its significantly more powerful Nvidia RTX 4070 graphics card and a much higher screen refresh rate, which are crucial for smooth and detailed visuals in such applications. While both have quality screens and competent CPUs, the Aorus 15X's advantages in GPU and refresh rate make it the better choice for intensive graphical tasks.

How the Gigabyte Aorus 15X and the Lenovo ThinkPad Z13 compare to other laptops
"The Gigabyte Aorus 15X is a strong showing of Raptor Lake and RTX 4000 series. While the Aorus had trouble keeping up in older games like Grand Theft Auto V, it nudged past the competition in Shadow of the Tomb Raider. It also flexed its next-generation muscle in Far Cry 6 and Borderlands 3. While we were impressed with the overall build quality and design of the Aorus 15X, the keyboard lacked good tactile feedback. The display performed well in real-world testing despite its on-paper shortcoming with brightness, but the speakers are lackluster at best."
"In the premium ultraportable space, the Lenovo ThinkPad Z13 competes with the best of the best, and still manages to shine. The design is an impressive departure from the bland bare-metal laptop that's become so popular in recent years, and the AMD-powered system has performance that's just as impressive. It's a stark alternative to the Intel-based majority, and it stands up well enough to the impressive Apple M2 processor."
