When choosing between the Gigabyte Aorus 15X and Lenovo ThinkPad X13, consider that the Aorus 15X generally delivers higher performance suitable for gaming, 3D modeling, or intensive tasks, but it's typically heavier and has a shorter battery life, making it less portable than the lighter, more energy-efficient ThinkPad X13. The ThinkPad offers reliability and solid performance for general use or business applications and usually excels in keyboard comfort and build quality, which might be more attractive for professionals who prioritize durability and typing experience over raw performance. If budget is a concern, the lesser expense of the ThinkPad X13 can also be a significant factor. Give Feedback

The Gigabyte Aorus 15X has a better screen than the Lenovo ThinkPad X13 for general use, gaming and AI, and engineering and design, while the Lenovo ThinkPad X13 has a better screen for content creation.
For general use, the Gigabyte Aorus 15X offers a vibrant, high-resolution display with ample brightness, making text, images, and videos appear crisp and clear, which is less demanding on color accuracy compared to professional applications. With engineering and design work in mind, this laptop's display covers a wide range of colors, crucial for tasks requiring precise color reproduction, but may not match the absolute fidelity sought by top-tier professionals. However, the Aorus 15X falls short for gaming and 3D applications due to a lower refresh rate, meaning it won’t provide as smooth motion or responsiveness as other laptops designed specifically for those purposes.

How the Gigabyte Aorus 15X and the Lenovo ThinkPad X13 compare to other laptops
"The Gigabyte Aorus 15X is a strong showing of Raptor Lake and RTX 4000 series. While the Aorus had trouble keeping up in older games like Grand Theft Auto V, it nudged past the competition in Shadow of the Tomb Raider. It also flexed its next-generation muscle in Far Cry 6 and Borderlands 3. While we were impressed with the overall build quality and design of the Aorus 15X, the keyboard lacked good tactile feedback. The display performed well in real-world testing despite its on-paper shortcoming with brightness, but the speakers are lackluster at best."
"The Lenovo ThinkPad X13 G4 has very good input devices, a wide array of security features and ports as well as 5G in the tested configuration. It is more compact and lightweight compared with its predecessor, and it has improved speakers and a slightly better webcam. On the other hand, the fan is more annoying and the performance is barely improved. The battery is worse as well, but this is primarily attributable to the OLED screen - if this aspect is important, buyers should choose the IPS Low Power LCD."
