If you prioritize high-performance tasks such as gaming, 3D modeling, machine learning, or engineering and are willing to invest more, the Gigabyte Aorus 15X with its superior processor and graphics card is well-suited for those demands. On the other hand, the Lenovo IdeaPad 5 Pro offers a more budget-friendly option that still handles general use and lighter tasks with competence. The Gigabyte model has a larger and faster high-resolution display, but this affects its battery life and portability due to a heavier build. Meanwhile, the Lenovo is more portable with a longer battery life, making it suitable for users who value mobility and everyday productivity. Give Feedback

The Gigabyte Aorus 15X is very good for engineering and design, while the Lenovo IdeaPad 5 Pro is good.
The Gigabyte Aorus 15X is better suited for engineering and design use because it has a high-performance CPU and GPU combination, which is crucial for computational and graphics-intensive tasks, whereas the Lenovo IdeaPad 5 Pro, with a more modest CPU and GPU, still delivers adequate power for engineering but may not handle the most demanding applications as effectively. The Aorus 15X also offers a higher screen quality with a faster refresh rate, enhancing visuals for design work; however, it is less portable and may have more operating noise compared to the generally quieter and lighter IdeaPad 5 Pro.

The Gigabyte Aorus 15X has a better screen than the Lenovo IdeaPad 5 Pro for general use, gaming and AI, software development, and content creation.
The Gigabyte Aorus 15X has a display that offers vibrant colors and sharp images suitable for everyday tasks and professional design work, but its lower refresh rate can detract from the smooth visuals preferred in high-paced gaming and 3D rendering. The Lenovo IdeaPad 5 Pro also provides a clear and bright screen that can handle the precise color needs for engineering and design tasks, however, it shares a similar limitation in refresh rate, affecting the gaming and 3D experience. Both laptops, while capable in color representation and resolution, lack the high refresh rates that gamers and 3D artists often look for to ensure fluid motion in visually intensive applications.

How the Gigabyte Aorus 15X and the Lenovo IdeaPad 5 Pro compare to other laptops
"The Gigabyte Aorus 15X is a strong showing of Raptor Lake and RTX 4000 series. While the Aorus had trouble keeping up in older games like Grand Theft Auto V, it nudged past the competition in Shadow of the Tomb Raider. It also flexed its next-generation muscle in Far Cry 6 and Borderlands 3. While we were impressed with the overall build quality and design of the Aorus 15X, the keyboard lacked good tactile feedback. The display performed well in real-world testing despite its on-paper shortcoming with brightness, but the speakers are lackluster at best."
"The Lenovo IdeaPad 5 Pro turns out a successful all-rounder that, aside from 3D applications, always strikes a good or very good figure. This begins with the elegant metal case that isn't particularly light but fairly robust, giving a high-quality impression. The input devices are also better than those of many competitors. Both the keyboard and the touchpad are attractive and comfortable. In addition, the performance of the Ryzen 5 6600HS is easily able to keep up with the Intel competitors."
