The Gigabyte Aorus 15X, known for high performance, is well-suited for gaming and intensive tasks due to its robust hardware; however, it's heavier and has a shorter battery life, which could be a drawback if you're often on the move. On the other hand, the HP Spectre x360 14 offers versatility with its convertible design and is more portable with longer battery life, making it ideal for general use and productivity on the go, although it may not handle demanding applications as effectively as the Aorus 15X. Choose based on whether performance or flexibility and mobility is your priority. Give Feedback

The Gigabyte Aorus 15X has a better screen than the HP Spectre x360 14 for gaming and AI, while the HP Spectre x360 14 has a better screen for general use, engineering and design, content creation, and software development.
The Gigabyte Aorus 15X likely has a high-resolution display with good brightness and panel technology that suits everyday tasks well, but its color gamut may not be wide enough to impress in specialized tasks like engineering and design and its refresh rate isn't high enough to satisfy the needs of gaming and 3D work. On the other hand, the HP Spectre x360 14 probably boasts a similarly high resolution and brightness while also offering a wider color gamut that appeals to engineering and design professionals who require accurate color representation. However, much like the Aorus, it seems to lack a high refresh rate, which is critical for the fluid visuals demanded by gaming and 3D rendering.

How the Gigabyte Aorus 15X and the HP Spectre x360 14 compare to other laptops
"The Gigabyte Aorus 15X is a strong showing of Raptor Lake and RTX 4000 series. While the Aorus had trouble keeping up in older games like Grand Theft Auto V, it nudged past the competition in Shadow of the Tomb Raider. It also flexed its next-generation muscle in Far Cry 6 and Borderlands 3. While we were impressed with the overall build quality and design of the Aorus 15X, the keyboard lacked good tactile feedback. The display performed well in real-world testing despite its on-paper shortcoming with brightness, but the speakers are lackluster at best."
"The numbers don’t lie — the HP Spectre x360 14 (2024) is a star, and a hell of a one at that. From performance to battery life, this machine is a dream. But why didn’t I give it a perfect score? Well, I wish the display performed better and that there were more ports to go around. If you’re itching for someone a little cheaper that offers a brighter display and significantly more battery life, I can only recommend the MacBook Pro 14 as a suitable substitute. Otherwise, the HP Spectre x360 14 (2024) is the perfect choice for those who want a reliable premium laptop."
