The Gigabyte Aorus 15 has a better screen than the Lenovo IdeaPad 1 15" for general use, gaming and AI, engineering and design, software development, and content creation.
If you prioritize a vivid, sharp display for productivity tasks like browsing and video streaming, the Gigabyte Aorus 15's high resolution and bright panel would serve well, but its low refresh rate makes it less ideal for gaming where smooth motion is crucial. The Lenovo IdeaPad 1 15", with moderate brightness and resolution, offers an adequate screen for everyday tasks and entry-level design work but lacks the wide color gamut needed for precise color work in professional engineering and design. Whereas gamers and 3D content creators might find both lacking due to their subpar refresh rates and color depth, hindering the immersive and accurate visual experience that these activities often require.

How the Gigabyte Aorus 15 and the Lenovo IdeaPad 1 15" compare to other laptops
"The Gigabyte Aorus 15 is a power-hungry gaming beast. The Aorus 15 is designed to run games at QHD and high to max settings. But it also cuts a good figure in other demanding applications such as video editing and rendering. This is made possible by the Core i7 12700H and GeForce RTX 3070 Ti Laptop inside the machine. A lightning-fast PCIe 4.0 SSD (1 TB) allows for short loading times."
"The Lenovo IdeaPad 1 15" is affordable and pretty efficient. At the end of the day, the Lenovo IdeaPad 1 (15″, 2023) is one of the better affordable laptops money can buy right now. It has a decent performance, albeit coming from a CPU that is based on old architecture. Playing low-intensity games is possible but at low to medium settings. We are really happy with the cooling setup, but the main event here is the battery life. We got 9 hours of either Web browsing or video playback, which is a great result. Especially if you compare this device with the ASUS E410."
