The Gigabyte Aero 5, typically less expensive, offers a larger OLED screen with higher resolution but no touchscreen, powerful Nvidia RTX 3070 Ti graphics, and a very high battery capacity, which could be better for intensive tasks like gaming and 3D rendering. However, it is heavier and has a lower portability score, making it less ideal for frequent travel. On the other hand, the MSI Summit E16 Flip is usually slightly more expensive and includes a smaller IPS touchscreen with high refresh rate, a slightly less powerful Nvidia RTX 3050 Ti, and a thinner, lighter design for better portability and battery life, suitable for business and general use. How the Gigabyte Aero 5 and the MSI Summit E16 Flip compare to other laptops
"It is unfortunate that the Gigabyte AERO notebook series have seem to lost its charm, as it’s not exactly any much different from the AORUS series now. Regardless, content creators and designers will certainly still appreciate the features on the AERO 5 XE4, which are fundamental to their work. This largely revolved around the notebook’s display, which is colour calibrated and validated, high resolution (4K) and with great AMOLED colour representation. Now that the AERO 5 XE4 has improved its performance with the latest CPU and GPU, the professionals can also appreciate the improved productivity from the notebook."
"The MSI Summit E16 Flip is a 2-in-1 laptop with pen, 16:10 display, and RTX 3050 Ti. The Summit E16 Flip is a 2-in-1 laptop from the business segment that primarily targets creative users. MSI combines a 16-inch touchscreen in the 16:10 format with a powerful midrange GPU. While the 2-in-1 laptop from MSI isn't meant for everybody, it should definitely attract some followers. The touchscreen display (2,560 x 1,600 pixels) covers the DCI-P3 color space. This is accompanied by stable viewing angles, a good color reproduction, short response times, and a good contrast level."
