If you prioritize a high-resolution display and stronger graphics for gaming or intensive tasks, the Gigabyte Aero 5 has an OLED screen and a potent dedicated GPU. It's less portable and has shorter battery life, making it more suitable for desktop replacement. On the other hand, the LG Ultra 16 offers an IPS display with lower resolution, integrated graphics not aimed at heavy gaming or 3D work, but longer battery life and significantly lighter weight, making it ideal for general use with better portability. Choose the Gigabyte Aero 5 for performance-demanding tasks or the LG Ultra 16 for everyday use and easier travel. Give Feedback

The Gigabyte Aero 5 is good for gaming and AI, while the LG Ultra 16 is only fair.
The Gigabyte Aero 5 offers superior gaming and 3D performance due to its powerful Nvidia RTX 3070 Ti graphics card and vibrant OLED screen with high pixel density and brightness, which are very important for these tasks. On the other hand, the LG Ultra 16, with its integrated AMD Vega 8 graphics and lower screen brightness, provides a fair performance that may not meet the demands of intense gaming and 3D applications.

The Gigabyte Aero 5 has a better screen than the LG Ultra 16 for general use, gaming and AI, engineering and design, software development, and content creation.
The Gigabyte Aero 5's excellent screen quality for both general use and engineering tasks stems from its high-resolution display that combines a bright panel with large color gamuts, ensuring vivid and accurate color representation crucial for design work. However, for gaming and 3D, its lower refresh rate can make fast-paced visuals less smooth, which is why its quality is deemed poor for these activities. The LG Ultra 16 offers fair screen quality across the board due to decent resolution and brightness but falls short for gaming and 3D applications because of its lower refresh rate and less impressive color range compared to the Aero 5.

How the Gigabyte Aero 5 and the LG Ultra 16 compare to other laptops
"It is unfortunate that the Gigabyte AERO notebook series have seem to lost its charm, as it’s not exactly any much different from the AORUS series now. Regardless, content creators and designers will certainly still appreciate the features on the AERO 5 XE4, which are fundamental to their work. This largely revolved around the notebook’s display, which is colour calibrated and validated, high resolution (4K) and with great AMOLED colour representation. Now that the AERO 5 XE4 has improved its performance with the latest CPU and GPU, the professionals can also appreciate the improved productivity from the notebook."
"Unlike the gram, the Ultra PC isn't designed to be as lightweight as possible. The 16-inch laptop is a whole 400 g (0.88 lb) heavier than its 16-inch gram counterpart partly because its chassis is not made of magnesium. Other than that, the Ultra PC seems like a copy of the gram – but with longer battery life, lower noise levels, and a clean, delicate look."
