The Gigabyte Aero 5 is typically more expensive but offers more power with a Core i7 processor and advanced RTX graphics, better for intensive tasks like 3D work, machine learning, and gaming. Its high-resolution OLED screen excels for creative work requiring visual fidelity. On the downside, it's heavier and less portable. In contrast, the Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 7i Pro is less expensive and more portable, a solid choice for general use and good for on-the-go with its lightweight design and IPS display, although it has less storage and is less suited for heavy graphics tasks due to its integrated graphics. The Gigabyte Aero 5 has a better screen than the Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 7i Pro for general use, gaming and AI, engineering and design, software development, and content creation.
For general use, the Gigabyte Aero 5 delivers outstanding visuals with its high-resolution and bright display, which makes it easy on the eyes and great for everyday tasks. The significant color accuracy of the Aero 5's display also benefits professionals in engineering and design, offering a broad color spectrum to precisely represent their work. However, for gaming and 3D applications, the lower refresh rate of the Aero 5 may lead to less fluid motion and thus a less immersive experience compared to displays optimized for these purposes.

"It is unfortunate that the Gigabyte AERO notebook series have seem to lost its charm, as it’s not exactly any much different from the AORUS series now. Regardless, content creators and designers will certainly still appreciate the features on the AERO 5 XE4, which are fundamental to their work. This largely revolved around the notebook’s display, which is colour calibrated and validated, high resolution (4K) and with great AMOLED colour representation. Now that the AERO 5 XE4 has improved its performance with the latest CPU and GPU, the professionals can also appreciate the improved productivity from the notebook."
"The main selling point of the IdeaPad Slim 7i Pro versus a regular IdeaPad Slim 7 is its faster Core H-series CPU. In reality, the Core i7-11370H is only marginally faster than the U-series Core i7-1165G7 to the point where most users are not likely to notice the benefits. The slight performance uptick comes at the cost of slightly higher power consumption as well meaning owners will have to deal with potentially warmer temperatures or louder fans to compensate. Unless if you happen to be a power user, then the regular non-Pro model will be more than enough. Once you go 90 Hz, you can't go back."
