The Gigabyte Aero 5 is somewhat less expensive and offers an OLED screen with a higher resolution, making it ideal for tasks requiring color accuracy and detail, like photo and video editing. However, the Gigabyte Aorus 15P, though more expensive, has double the RAM and a slightly better GPU, which makes it better suited for gaming and intensive engineering applications that demand more memory and computational power. Both have large screens and similar battery sizes, but the Aorus 15P is slightly lighter and might be preferred if you value portability. Consider what's more important to you: display quality and price with the Aero 5, or performance and portability with the Aorus 15P. Give Feedback

The Gigabyte Aero 5 has a better screen than the Gigabyte Aorus 15P for general use, engineering and design, software development, and content creation, while the Gigabyte Aorus 15P has a better screen for gaming and AI.
The Gigabyte Aero 5's superior screen resolution and panel type, combined with its high brightness, make it excellent for vibrant and clear visuals in general use, as well as precise color representation in engineering and design due to its wide color gamuts. The Gigabyte Aorus 15P, while offering good visuals and adequate color accuracy for general use and engineering tasks, falls a bit short compared to the Aero 5 due to its lesser color range and brightness. However, both laptops' screens have a low refresh rate, which is a disadvantage for gaming and 3D applications where smoother motion and quicker image updates are critical.

How the Gigabyte Aero 5 and the Gigabyte Aorus 15P compare to other laptops
"It is unfortunate that the Gigabyte AERO notebook series have seem to lost its charm, as it’s not exactly any much different from the AORUS series now. Regardless, content creators and designers will certainly still appreciate the features on the AERO 5 XE4, which are fundamental to their work. This largely revolved around the notebook’s display, which is colour calibrated and validated, high resolution (4K) and with great AMOLED colour representation. Now that the AERO 5 XE4 has improved its performance with the latest CPU and GPU, the professionals can also appreciate the improved productivity from the notebook."
"The Aorus 15P is a high-end gaming laptop with fast 360 Hz display. Gaming performance in the Aorus 15P YD is very high thanks to the Nvidia GeForce RTX 3080 installed here. However, with the use of the Intel Core i7-11800H, CPU performance also closes in on the strong competition from AMD. SSD performance is excellent as well, and it leaves no room for criticism. Thanks to the built-in Intel Core i7-11800H, the system performance of the Aorus 15P YD increases significantly."
