The Gigabyte Aero 17 has a larger screen and higher resolution which is great for detailed work or entertainment, but it's heavier and has a bulkier power brick, reducing its portability. Its battery capacity is larger, potentially offering longer use between charges, but actual battery life can vary depending on usage. If portability and a lighter machine are more critical for you, the Razer Blade 15, being lighter and thinner, would suit you better. Both offer similar performance, but the Razer has a higher refresh rate display which is optimal for fast-paced gaming. If screen size and resolution are less of a priority than mobility and gaming experience, the Razer Blade 15 should be your choice. Give Feedback

The Gigabyte Aero 17 has a better screen than the Razer Blade 15 for general use, engineering and design, software development, and content creation.
The Gigabyte Aero 17 has a high-resolution display with vibrant color accuracy, making it suitable for tasks requiring precision such as engineering and design work; however, its lower refresh rate doesn't align with the high-speed requirements of Gaming and 3D applications. Meanwhile, the Razer Blade 15's very good screen blends quality in resolution and color fidelity, serving well for general use and professional design, but equally falls short for gaming due to a less optimal refresh rate for fast-paced visual performance. Hence, whether choosing the Aero 17 or Blade 15, users should prioritize their need for meticulous detail in design or prefer a balanced approach for everyday tasks, all the while acknowledging that neither is tailored for high-refresh-rate gaming experiences.

The Gigabyte Aero 17, with a larger Mini LED screen and higher resolution, offers a superior visual experience for general use, but it's less portable and has a shorter battery life than the Razer Blade 15, which has a smaller IPS screen but better portability and keyboard quality. Both laptops have capable CPUs and GPUs, ample RAM, and sufficient storage for a range of tasks, with the Aero geared towards those prioritizing screen space and visual quality, while the Blade caters to users seeking a balance between performance and mobility.

How the Gigabyte Aero 17 and the Razer Blade 15 compare to other laptops
"Not only is the Aero 17 a very good laptop for gamers but also for content creators. With the upgrade to the Intel Core i9-11980HK, Gigabyte particularly improved the system performance. In addition, the hardware package is rounded by the extremely fast SSD and 32 GB of working memory in dual-channel mode. Compared to the predecessor, the battery life is reduced only moderately, and the 4K display also basically keeps its good qualities."
"The 2022 Blade 15 offers roughly 15 to 25 percent faster graphics performance and 20 percent faster CPU performance over last year's Core i7-11800H and RTX 3080 model. Thankfully, the system doesn't need to run noticeably louder or warmer to achieve faster results, but both power consumption and battery life take a hit. The higher consumption in particular appears to be a trend amongst many 12th gen Core laptops including the Schenker Uniwill Technology GM7AG8P or MSI Vector GP66 when compared to their previous generation counterparts. We're also glad to not see below-average CPU performance which was the case for the 10th gen Core i7-10875H model."
