The Dell Inspiron 16 5625 has a better screen than the MSI Thin GF63 for software development, and content creation, while the MSI Thin GF63 has a better screen for general use, gaming and AI, and engineering and design.
For general use, both the Dell Inspiron and the MSI Thin offer adequate resolution and brightness but may not feature the top-tier panels that provide exceptional clarity and color. When it comes to engineering and design, while both laptops have fair screen quality, professionals might find the color representation limited due to less coverage of professional color gamuts. In 3D environments and gaming, the experience on these laptops may be less immersive owing to the modest refresh rates, which could lead to less fluid motion compared to screens designed specifically for high-end gaming.

How the Dell Inspiron 16 5625 and the MSI Thin GF63 compare to other laptops
"I think there is fair value in the Inspiron 16 this year. Very little has changed with the laptop and my opinion hasn’t really changed either. In other words, I like it. Overall, I think the pros far outweigh the cons of this laptop and the price is certainly justifiable. I found this to be a great typer and I could potentially work all day on this machine, provided I don’t need a graphics card."
"The MSI GF63 Thin 11SC can be an admirable value for gamers and power users on a minimal budget. For just $599 as reviewed in its base model, its Intel Core i5 H-class processor and Nvidia GeForce GTX 1650 graphics perform much better than low-wattage CPUs and integrated graphics. That said, this is a light-class gaming laptop. Low scores in our demanding gaming benchmarks indicate using lower visual-quality settings will be required for playable performance."
