The ASUS Vivobook S 15 OLED is more expensive but offers a better main processor, more storage, higher screen resolution without touch support, superior display color ranges, and a higher battery capacity compared to the Lenovo Flex 5 16. However, the Lenovo is less expensive, has a touchscreen with a taller aspect ratio, better battery life, and is slightly heavier. The Vivobook may be best for performance-intensive tasks and those valuing display quality, while the Flex 5 is more cost-effective, portable, and suitable for general use with the flexibility of a touchscreen. Both are not ideal for intensive gaming. Give Feedback

The ASUS Vivobook S 15 OLED has a better screen than the Lenovo Flex 5 16 for general use, gaming and AI, engineering and design, software development, and content creation.
The ASUS Vivobook S 15 OLED boasts a vibrant display with higher resolution and brightness, ideal for daily tasks and detail-oriented work like engineering, thanks to its wide color gamut that ensures precise color reproduction. The Lenovo Flex 5 16 offers a satisfactory visual experience for everyday activities and design work, but its color range might not match the ASUS for truly color-critical tasks. Neither laptop is optimal for gaming or 3D applications because of their lower refresh rates, which can't deliver the smooth visuals preferred in high-speed gaming environments.

How the ASUS Vivobook S 15 OLED and the Lenovo Flex 5 16 compare to other laptops
"The Asus Vivobook S 15 OLED excels as a capable work machine at an affordable price. It offers commendable performance, thanks to its 12th Gen Intel chip, delivers quality on-screen entertainment with its 15.6-inch OLED display, and can (kind of) get you through a full day of work. Oh, and its special Asus Antibacterial Guard is a nice touch for those who like a clean laptop."
"The Lenovo IdeaPad Flex 5 is a solidly equipped, 2-in-1 in the lower price segment. Performance is definitely sufficient for everyday tasks and in tests the battery proved itself to be very economical. That aside, there is a lot of standard fare on show and a search for real highlights ends in vain. The low color coverage and reflective display can be avoided by going for an optional 2.5K display but this also presumably results in poorer battery life. The cooling uses only one fan and leads to a raised temperature on one side of the device under load. Additionally, there is very loud fan noise, also under load or when gaming. On top of that, we also occasionally noticed electronic noises."
