The ASUS Vivobook S 15 is typically less expensive and offers solid performance with good battery life, making it suitable for general use and some light gaming. However, the Razer Blade 15 is pricier, focusing on higher gaming and engineering performance, with a more powerful graphics card, higher screen resolution and refresh rate, which also benefits 3D work and intensive tasks. The Razer Blade is slightly heavier, potentially impacting portability. So, choose the ASUS for general use and light gaming, and the Razer for more demanding gaming, engineering tasks, and high-performance needs. Give Feedback

The Razer Blade 15 is very good for engineering and design, while the ASUS Vivobook S 15 is good.
The Razer Blade 15 offers superior CPU and GPU capabilities with an Intel i7 and Nvidia RTX 3070 Ti, making it better for more demanding engineering and design applications compared to the ASUS Vivobook S 15, which has an AMD Ryzen 7 and its integrated Vega 8 graphics. While both have a high-quality display and sufficient RAM, the Razer's higher-resolution screen and faster refresh rate contribute to a smoother visual experience for intricate design work, though this might reduce its battery life and portability compared to the ASUS.

The Razer Blade 15 has a better screen than the ASUS Vivobook S 15 for general use, gaming and AI, engineering and design, content creation, and software development.
The ASUS Vivobook's screen offers adequate clarity and brightness for everyday tasks and standard engineering applications, but it lacks the color range professionals may need and falls short in refresh rate for smooth 3D rendering. The Razer Blade boasts a vibrant display with wide color gamuts, making it ideal for detailed engineering and design work, but its lower refresh rate isn't optimal for high-end gaming or 3D modeling that demands fluid motion. Both laptops cater well to casual and professional environments but may not satisfy the needs of gamers or 3D designers seeking the most immersive visual experience.

How the ASUS Vivobook S 15 and the Razer Blade 15 compare to other laptops
"Internals make Asus VivoBook S15 laptop a compelling option. The Asus multimedia laptop may look rather below-average with its modest black chassis, lack of a dedicated GPU, limited RAM and meagre port selection without Thunderbolt support. But your impression of the device will start changing once you set your eyes on its high-contrast OLED capable of producing deep blacks and highly accurate colours. And your opinion will change completely when the VivoBook is switched on. The AMD CPU can effortlessly keep up with powerful rivals from Intel. The integrated Radeon graphics blows away Intel's iGPU when it comes to graphics workloads such as rendering and simpler games."
"The 2022 Blade 15 offers roughly 15 to 25 percent faster graphics performance and 20 percent faster CPU performance over last year's Core i7-11800H and RTX 3080 model. Thankfully, the system doesn't need to run noticeably louder or warmer to achieve faster results, but both power consumption and battery life take a hit. The higher consumption in particular appears to be a trend amongst many 12th gen Core laptops including the Schenker Uniwill Technology GM7AG8P or MSI Vector GP66 when compared to their previous generation counterparts. We're also glad to not see below-average CPU performance which was the case for the 10th gen Core i7-10875H model."
