The ASUS Vivobook 15 is only fair for general use, while the Maypug 15" Laptop is poor.
The ASUS Vivobook 15 offers better performance for general use with a more powerful Intel i3 processor compared to the Maypug's lower-tier Intel Celeron, along with a higher resolution display for crisper visuals. Meanwhile, the Maypug has a longer battery life and slightly better portability due to its lighter weight, but its subpar screen quality and weaker CPU significantly hinder its overall utility for general tasks.

The ASUS Vivobook 15 has a better screen than the Maypug 15" Laptop for general use, gaming and AI, engineering and design, software development, and content creation.
If you prioritize screen clarity and brightness for everyday tasks like browsing or watching videos, the ASUS Vivobook 15 provides a more suitable display than the Maypug, which may appear dimmer with less vibrant colors. For engineering and design work, which requires precise color representation, the ASUS again stands out with its fair performance in covering a wider range of colors, which is less than ideal in the Maypug. Gamers and those working with 3D applications should note that while neither laptop offers a high refresh rate desirable for smooth motion, the ASUS may still offer a moderately better experience thanks to its superior resolution and panel technology compared to the Maypug.

How the ASUS Vivobook 15 and the Maypug 15" Laptop compare to other laptops
"The Asus VivoBook 15 is a quiet office notebook with a strong screen. However, the VivoBook 15 still has room for improvement. Office and internet applications as well as simple games do not pose any major challenges for the VivoBook - this is ensured by the built-in combination of Ryzen 7 5700U APU and 16 GB of RAM. Heat and noise emissions are acceptable. But, the laptop has weaknesses that should not be present at this level: lack of keyboard lighting, a slow memory card reader, no fast USB-C port (USB 3.2 Gen 2 or Thunderbolt 4) with Power Delivery and DisplayPort. Battery runtimes can only be described as average."
