The Acer Predator Helios Neo 16 is good for gaming and AI, while the XPG Xenia 14 is only fair.
The Acer Predator Helios Neo 16 offers superior gaming and 3D performance compared to the XPG Xenia 14 largely due to its more powerful Nvidia RTX 4050 graphics card and higher screen refresh rate of 165 Hz, which is ideal for fast-paced gaming. In comparison, the XPG Xenia 14 has a less capable integrated Intel Iris Xe GPU and a lower screen refresh rate of 60 Hz, which are sufficient for more casual gaming and less demanding 3D tasks.

The Acer Predator Helios Neo 16 has a better screen than the XPG Xenia 14 for general use, gaming and AI, engineering and design, software development, and content creation.
For general use, both the Acer Predator Helios Neo 16 and the XPG Xenia 14 offer high resolution and bright displays that make viewing text, images, and videos clear and vivid, which is essential for everyday tasks. When considering engineering and design, both laptops provide wide color gamuts, ensuring accurate color representation which is crucial for tasks that require precise color work. However, for gaming and 3D applications, their screens fall short as they lack high refresh rates, leading to less smooth visuals that can be a disadvantage in fast-paced scenarios where refresh rate is key.

How the Acer Predator Helios Neo 16 and the XPG Xenia 14 compare to other laptops
"The Acer Predator Helios Neo 16 sacrifices portability and a truly budget price in the name of additional power. While remaining relatively budget-friendly, this gaming laptop packs serious processing chops, and Acer optimizes its internals to deliver respectable 1080p (or 1200p) gameplay from an RTX 4050. Its keyboard and chassis design won't win it any awards, but its display is a cut above for the price."
"The Xenia 14 is a top 14-inch laptop under 1 kg. ADATA isn't exactly known for its laptops and so we weren't expecting much from its first 14-inch Ultrabook. With that said, we're pleasantly surprised by how well the Xenia 14 looks and performs. Not only is it incredibly light, but it has a color accurate 16:10 display, high CPU and GPU performance, easy RAM and SSD serviceability, plenty of port options including Thunderbolt 4, and long battery life. It packs a lot of punch and features considering the size and weight to be better than even the LG Gram series."
