If you prioritize portability and exercise use, the Bose QuietComfort Earbuds II are better due to their smaller size, sweatproof certification, and high use during exercise score. They also offer excellent noise isolation, making them suitable for air travel. However, for an immersive audio experience, especially for gaming and TV, the Master & Dynamic MW75-Neuro perform better due their very good sound quality, excellent gaming and TV scores, and aptX Adaptive codec which supports low latency. These headphones also have the unique feature of Neurable AI technology for mental health care routines and potential hands-free interactions. Keep in mind that the QuietComfort Earbuds are substantially more affordable, and while the MW75-Neuro has a longer battery life, they are larger and not as well-suited for exercise or travel. "Bose’s flagship wireless earbuds were never going to be cheap, but the question was whether they’d be competitive in an area of the market where rivals have never been more capable. The fact that the company has not only managed to implement a successful redesign, but also push the envelope for noise-cancelling and sound quality in such a highly competitive category simultaneously is truly impressive."
